Why is it needed?
Certain tumors may have tyrosine-kinase mutations. These tumors can be treated with Veenat 400mg tablet. It is a protein-tyrosinekinase inhibitor, which inhibits tumor cell multiplication and causes cell death. It is a first-line therapy drug for patients with chronic stage blood cancer, even though it is not considered curative. This type of blood cancer is characterised by an uncontrolled production of stem cell in bone marrow and an increase in mature granulocytes. CML is also known as Chronic Myelogenous Lymphoma (CML). CML is a rare form of bone marrow cancer. It causes an increase in white blood cells. Chronic myelogenous (chronic) refers to a slower-moving form of leukemia than acute forms.
